Vários olhares sobre as diferenças na vinculação e contributos para a intervenção precoce

Resumo

Sabendo que a qualidade da vinculação afecta a formação da personalidade e o
desenvolvimento infantil, é crucial estudar a relação entre pais e filhos no contexto das
práticas de intervenção precoce. A vinculação pode ser uma área de actuação (em
situações de risco como o abuso e o mau trato infantil) ou uma força (quando a família é
uma base segura) passível de superar desvantagens sociais e atrasos de desenvolvimento.
Desde da proposta original de Ainsworth, o estudo das diferenças da qualidade da
vinculação tem gerado uma vasta literatura e sofrido várias actualizações graças aos novos
avanços da neuropsicologia e da psicologia evolutiva. No presente artigo, serão revistas
diferentes abordagens sobre as variações individuais da vinculação com particular foco para
as questões da vinculação atípica. Na discussão final, serão levantadas questões e potenciais
contributos para a intervenção precoce no domínio da vinculação.
